These terms apply to every order placed with FashionByOums. Because we sell via WhatsApp and social media, they differ from a regular webshop on a few points — so please read them carefully.
Ordering
You don't order through an automated checkout on the website, but by contacting us via WhatsApp or social media. The prices and products on the site indicate the current range. Your order is only final once we have confirmed it via WhatsApp.
Payment
Nothing is paid online on this website. We arrange payment with you directly when you order — for example by bank transfer or in cash on pickup. We only send or hand over your order after payment is received (or a clear arrangement is made).
Delivery & pickup
Pickup or delivery is arranged per order via WhatsApp. We agree on the delivery area, any delivery cost and the timing together. If you're ordering from abroad, please get in touch first.
Prices & availability
Prices are in euros, including VAT where applicable. We work with small drops, so stock is limited and an item may be sold out. We always confirm availability when you order.
Returns & right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases. If you'd like to return an item, let us know within 14 days of receipt via WhatsApp. The item must be returned unworn, undamaged and with any tags attached. Return shipping costs are for the buyer, unless we agree otherwise.
Our products
Our pieces are made in small batches and hand-selected. Slight differences in colour or fabric compared to the photos are possible and are part of the character of the product.

Not entirely happy? Let us know via WhatsApp. We take every complaint seriously and will look for a suitable solution together with you.
