FashionByOums is a small modest-fashion label from the Netherlands. We care about your privacy. Below you can read which data we process — and, just as importantly, which we don't.
No account, no online payment
You cannot create an account or pay online on this website. There is no customer account, no payment system and no tracking. You order via WhatsApp or social media — only then do you share data with us, and only what is needed to handle your order.
What data we process
When you contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok to order, we process the details you give us yourself: your name, your message and — if you choose delivery — a delivery address. We don't need more than that.
Your shopping bag
Items you add to your bag are stored only locally in your own browser (localStorage). That information is not sent to us — we only see what you'd like to order once you message us yourself via WhatsApp.
How we use it
We use your data solely to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and we won't send you unsolicited marketing.
WhatsApp and social media
Contact runs through WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok. These services have their own privacy and data policies, which we do not control. Please keep that in mind when you message us through those channels.
Retention
We keep your data no longer than necessary to properly handle your order and any questions or returns.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data (GDPR). Just send us a message via WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll take care of it.
